Mexico: One Plate at a Time is a television series starring chef Rick Bayless and, on occasional episodes, his daughter Lanie Bayless.

The show is distributed to public television stations by WTTW and American Universal Television and also airs on PBS's Create channel, with reruns on ABC's Live Well Network digital subchannel.

Renowned chef and cookbook author Rick Bayless gushed about the graceful architecture, classy food shops and Creamy Radish Leaf Soup when writing about a family trip to France. Lanie Bayless, his daughter and cookbook co-author, raved about the fashion channel, cool pastry shops and buttery French version of a ham and cheese sandwich. The year-old also recalled her dad's decision to take her souvenir shopping in a cookware store and the accident in which she dropped his digital camera into a bowl of cake batter. While they selected recipes together, the father-daughter duo penned the chapter introductions and recipe headnotes separately, which allow them offer their distinct perspectives on their experiences.

Filming of new shows concluded in September with the twelfth season.[1]
